The brief

Our client is a global leader in the technology industry.  Following a recent high profile acquisition we were tasked with creating and delivering a series of events to inform and educate on the new company vision in twelve countries across the EMEA region. Countries included the UK, Dubai, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Spain and Sweden. Each event had to be snugly tailored to the region’s business objectives, whilst creating a suitably impressive wow, as the highlight of each country’s business year.

The solution

Working to a challenging time frame, we sought out the perfect series of venues to meet the needs of the business sessions. Each location was easily accessible for delegates and vendors, ensuring top attendance levels across the board. Exhibition and meeting spaces were carefully selected to enhance networking opportunities, and ample accommodation was provided for all.

Our technical gurus created bespoke delegate registration websites for each event in local languages, to ensure a smooth registration experience for everyone. The sites also worked as a communication hub, amplifying business and brand messages beyond the walls of the event space.

Exceptional dinner venues were handpicked to create stand out finales. Enter an Aquarium in Gothenburg, a Moscow River Cruise, a Dubai Marina Party, a Bavarian Pub, and Cocktails overlooking the Parisian rooftops.

The verdict

We exceeded client expectations and met business objectives. Each event generated excellent feedback and was delivered within budget. We’re now rolling up our collective sleeves to create the next series
