Introduction 

Principal Promotions Ltd is committed to conducting their business in an environmentally responsible manner. We integrate environmental management into our strategic direction, whilst minimising our environmental footprint.

In alignment with the principles of ISO 14001, we are committed to the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.

Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is embedded in our business processes to ensure continual improvement, compliance with applicable legal and other requirements, and achievement of our environmental objectives. This policy reflects our leadership’s commitment to enhancing environmental performance as an integral part of our operational and strategic planning, ensuring all staff and stakeholders are engaged in responsible environmental practices. 

We are committed to halving our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 across all company owned operations. Achieving Net Zero emissions well before 2050 and as soon as possible.

Carbon Footprint Reduction: Measuring and reducing our carbon footprint for our business operations, aiming to minimise greenhouse gas emissions. 

Environmental Awareness: Raising awareness and providing training to our employees, contractors, and stakeholders on environmental issues and sustainable practices. 

Continual Improvement: Setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets to drive continual improvement in our environmental performance. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. 

Emergency Preparedness: Developing and maintaining procedures to respond effectively to environmental emergencies. 

Scope 

This policy applies to all activities, products, and services conducted at our office in London. 

Responsibilities 

All employees, contractors, and stakeholders are expected to adhere to this policy and contribute to its implementation. Management are responsible for ensuring the policy is communicated, understood, and implemented throughout the organisation. 

Review 

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
