Principal. Global Events appoints Adam Wright as Group Operations Director

Principal. Global Events has appointed Adam Wright as Group Operations Director, strengthening its senior leadership team during a period of sustained revenue growth and global expansion.

The agency has already achieved 20% revenue growth in 2026, driven by an expanding international client base and a strong pipeline of global programmes extending into 2027.

Adam joins from Event Concept, where he spent 22 years delivering complex, high-value event programmes. His experience spans commercial strategy, technical production, large-scale builds and on-site leadership.

His background across both event management and production brings a powerful dual perspective, aligning with Principal’s integrated model of strategy, creative, production and delivery.

In his role, Adam will lead Operations and Production, focusing on team alignment across regions, strengthening operational frameworks and supporting the continued delivery of world-class events at scale.
