Our Green Room

Our Green Room brings our team of sustainability leaders together. Passion is connected with fresh thinking, ensuring our commitment runs through everything we do. It drives action across projects and departments, champions new ideas, and keeps us accountable to measurable goals. Each member of The Green Room plays a part, shaping sustainable event solutions, strengthening supplier partnerships, creating engagement, education and contributing to industry debate. Together, they make sure our commitment translates into meaningful action.

Events for a Better Future

We believe the best events leave a positive mark on people and tread lightly on the world. We’re members of Isla to demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable future for the events industry, collaborating and sharing knowledge to ensure we’re on a continuous pathway to improvement. We use TRACE, the carbon measurement platform for events, to capture the footprint of our events, and inform decisions that matter along the way. We design responsible event solutions that never compromise on experience, so every event feels right for your guests and right for the world.  

The Power of Giving Back

Being part of something bigger than ourselves matters to us. We’re committed to using our business as a force for good, supporting causes that strengthen the communities around us. We’re a proud partner of Meeting Needs, the events industry charity foundation providing life changing grants to small charities and those in need. 

Our sponsorship of the London Hub for The Power of Events Schools Engagement Programme connects young people with the dynamic world of events, whilst helping to build a sustainable pipeline of future talent.

Our Co-Founder & Director, Anupa White serves on the Advisory Board of REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage). The REACH Events Management scholarship is designed to increase the representation of young people from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic backgrounds on BA (Hons) Events Management degree programmes. Anupa is committed to championing racial diversity and cultural inclusivity, helping shape a more inclusive and innovative industry for the future.
