We are looking for a highly organised and solutions-driven Delegate Registration Manager to join our growing Operations team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create, build and manage delegate registration websites
- Determine the registration scope and create, review and edit project timelines and project plan to ensure programs are on track
- Act as the primary client and internal contact for all registration related information and issues
- Manage registration data integrity and prepare client reporting
- Monitor event inboxes and prepare detailed, accurate and timely responses to delegates’ queries
- Plan and manage on-site registration processes and deliverables as needed
- Work with client, suppliers, other vendors and co-workers in multiple locations and time zones
- Monitor and maintain event budgets for your events
- Ensure all policies and procedures relating to the business are adhered to and develop consistency
- Travel to attend events nationally and internationally
Responsibilities
KEY SKILLS
- ESSENTIAL: Building and managing delegate registration websites through Cvent
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills (phone skills, in person, e-mails, chats and IM’s)
- Detail oriented, strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in Events project management and events registration, registration platforms and familiarity with registration deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in various software applications such as spreadsheets, databases to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports
- Event management knowledge
