What You'll Be Doing
- You will create, build, and manage delegate registration websites, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned to client requirements.
- You will manage delegate registration activity across assigned events.
- You will plan and deliver onsite registration, including check-in, badge distribution, attendee flow, and registration desk management in the UK and internationally.
- You will manage registration data, maintain accuracy and integrity, and prepare clear client reporting.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams to support successful event delivery.
- You will monitor event inboxes and respond to delegate enquiries with accurate, timely, and professional information.
- You will drive continuous improvements to enhance future registrations processes and delegate experiences.
What We're Looking For
- You will ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in a fast-paced agency or similar environment, working on corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and incentive trips.
- You have proven experience in delegate management and registration platforms, ideally Cvent, including building registration sites and managing registration deliverables.
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, and are confident working with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
- You excel at multi-tasking and time management, efficiently handling concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have excellent relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills, able to build rapport and respond to delegate and client queries professionally.
- You remain calm, organised, and solution focused under pressure, particularly when working onsite.
