What You'll Be Doing
- You will take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring the creative process is managed confidently and effectively.
- You will produce small and large-format print artwork, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all materials.
- You will develop mock-ups and visuals for client presentations, pitches, and internal reviews, helping bring creative ideas to life.
- You will collaborate closely with senior creatives and the wider team, interpreting creative concepts.
- You will support the ongoing development and enhancement of our internal brand identity.
- You will manage multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism, accountability, and a strong focus on quality.
What We're Looking For
- You will ideally have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- You will have proven experience, ideally 3–5 years, within a creative studio, fast-paced agency, or experiential/events environment.
- You will have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with PowerPoint proficiency essential.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and confident working across presentation, document, and design-related formats.
- You will have an excellent understanding of layout, brand application, and print-ready artwork across multiple formats.
- You will be comfortable designing for digital, social, and event environments, with motion or 3D knowledge considered an advantage.
- You will be organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks, and balance multiple concurrent projects.
- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas internally and collaborate effectively with others.
- You will bring strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- You will have the right to work in the UK.
