We are looking for a Production Executive who will be responsible for successful delivery of events, working alongside the Production Management team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for Principal’s full lists of projects, to ensure that projects are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
Operational
- Support the delivery of projects from initial brief through to completion, assisting with planning, coordination, and execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout all stages of production.
- Prepare production schedules, risk assessments, technical documentation, and CAD plans (training provided).
- Source and liaise with third-party suppliers, obtaining quotes and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Work collaboratively within the team and contribute to on-site production activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support travel arrangements by sourcing and booking flights, hotels etc., when required.
- Required to travel to event locations based on business needs.
- Attend regular team and company meetings.
- Required to support with ad hoc duties as requested by management.
Safety and Compliance
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements for Principal, ensuring that Health and Safety policies and licensing requirements are always met.
- Ensure that all parties involved in the delivery of the projects are both familiar and compliant with the Health and Safety policy and all associated policies, procedures and methods of working.
- Responsible for Health & Safety issues in the workplace and manage successful compliance with current legislation.

- Ensure legal compliance with all production activities are adhered to for regulatory requirements.
- Adhere with all Principal Policies & Procedures.
What We're Looking For
This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates with a degree looking to start their career and gain hands-on experience within the Events Industry (training will be provided)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Vectorworks or similar software (desirable as training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong relationship-building skills and confident communicating at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Able to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy whilst handling a varied and demanding workload
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
