As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial part in delivering small to medium-scale events, both independently and within larger project teams. You will develop valuable relationships with clients and suppliers, expand your expertise in UK and international markets, and help create memorable experiences. What You'll Be Doing

  • You will manage and lead the delivery of small to medium-sized events, handling logistics and providing onsite support from planning through to execution.
  • You will manage event enquiries and proposals, organising your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • You will take responsibility for specific areas within large-scale events, working closely with project leads to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, helping to foster repeat business and lasting partnerships.
  • You will coordinate supplier contracts, venue sourcing, and delegate registration, ensuring all elements run smoothly and to a high standard.
  • You will manage event budgets, evaluate event success, and prepare clear reports to support financial accuracy and ongoing improvement.
  • You will conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement, whilst supporting Health & Safety and other event documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; foreign language skills are an advantage.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced agency or similar environment, working on corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and incentive trips.
  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, and have experience with event management platforms such as Cvent.
  • You excel at multi-tasking and time management, efficiently handling concurrent tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and colleagues alike.
  • You have strong communication skills and are ready to develop your negotiation abilities.
  • You are a creative thinker, able to support the conception and delivery of solutions across a wide range of industries and audiences.
  • You possess sound knowledge and insight to help clients realise their vision and objectives.
  • You have the right to work in the UK.
