The brief was simple. To successfully execute their regional conference, exhibition and gala dinner/awards for 1,200 people. The ‘return to live’ did not mean we were to return to our 2019 ways…we wanted to break convention and excite with the promise of an entirely new experience.

The Solution

The Tradeshow offered an opportunity for suppliers to promote their products to AF Blakemore retailers, with many of these fully branded booths containing fun and interactive activations for retailers to engage with.

Tomorrowland Festival is widely known for bringing people together, celebrating success and social enjoyment – the perfect theme for our gala dinner to reconnect those within the retail industry. Alive with colour and great festival charm, guests were welcomed by playful and mischievous acrobatic elves and a fresh and a high-energy acoustic roaming band. As the evening drew in, the festival developed a different vibe when the band took to the main stage as the showstopping headlining act…

The Verdict

With so many external factors impacting our client’s business environment due to the pandemic in previous years, the event was a great success in collectively reuniting the retailers and suppliers for important business updates and to celebrate achievements. The feedback was incredible amongst the AF Blakemore Team, retailers and suppliers.
