Our objective was to design and deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience that made every guest feel valued and even more ambitious. The brief involved a fresh take on all aspects of the programme, including a progressive dining experience, an awards dinner, and various unique wellness-led activities, ensuring they all came together in a way that felt purposeful and personal.

This was an opportunity to create something truly exceptional, with the highest standards set for every detail. We were entrusted with designing and delivering a bespoke programme encompassing multiple elements, carefully considering the entire delegate experience — from catering and décor to entertainment and digital communications. Every moment needed to feel unique and personal. 

The Solution

We created a three-day programme across Zurich and Lake Lucerne, using each venue to reveal a different part of the story. At The Dolder Grand, a progressive dinner transformed the hotel into four distinct environments, each inspired by art, nature and culture. The recognition dinner at Stage One delivered the event’s most theatrical moment. Guests entered through a floral installation before moving into a production-led dinner where drummers opened the room and a violinist performed suspended above the audience. The final day at Bürgenstock Resort focused on wellbeing, before the programme closed on Lake Lucerne with a private yacht experience and a 600-drone display revealing the next destination.

The Verdict

Guests shared they had never experienced anything like it. With 96% satisfaction and 91% finding it valuable, the event surpassed expectations. The focus on wellbeing resonated, with 89% recognising its impact on their business. Even the inclusive elements, such as real-time translation into ten languages, created unity among their attendees globally, and the choice of venues, sensory storytelling, and transformative theme redefined what incentive events can be.

This wasn’t just a celebration of success. It was a powerful, purpose-led experience that guests will remember as one of the best.
