To reflect the culture of the business, our aim was to create a show that felt natural, easy to watch, and involved colleagues throughout. To add to the aesthetics, the content was filmed at Wiltons Music Hall, a stunning 150-year-old theatre in London which required only a minimalistic stage set.
To bring the set alive, we enlisted TV comedian Romesh Ranganathan and combined with an ‘in the know’ naturally talented company colleague to co-present, we had the perfect balance of humour and industry related knowledge to make sense of each award.
Following the show, we added multiple after party rooms with a magician, DJ, speed networking, face-to-face networking rooms and sent cocktail making kits to each attendee for a fun and fully branded cocktail masterclass.
The multiple laugh out loud moments and memorable award presentations all tied together with seamless upbeat animations, transitions and commentary from Romesh to keep a high energy and continued audience engagement throughout.
