Canada – Incentive Travel

Back to Case Studies

The brief

Our client wanted help organising an extensive trip to Canada. The delegates ranged widely in age and the planned excursions and activities needed to be enjoyed by all.

The solution

We organised two events: one in Eastern Canada in the spring, the other in Western Canada in the autumn. This allowed thorough exploration of both regions over 14 nights and guests had the chance to attend both. The eastern trip took in the cities of Ottawa, Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, as well as the beautiful islands of Rockport and the awesome Niagara Falls. The western trip included the famous ski resorts of Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper and Whistler, as well as the Columbia Icefield, the ranchlands around Kamloops and the cities of Victoria and Vancouver. The delegates ate well – both in their hotels and in carefully chosen local restaurants.

The verdict

Who couldn’t fail to be bowled over by Canada’s beautiful natural scenery and vibrant cities? It was a risk to organise two separate events but it paid off, with many guests signing up for both trips, and places filling up very quickly.
