Prague – ConferenceBack to Case Studies
We needed to find a European hotel that could hold two groups of 800 (400 plus partners) back to back over a ten-day period. It needed to be large enough to offer all the necessary accommodation, as well as providing suitable meeting space (a conference hall and 20 syndicate rooms) and work as an impressive backdrop for a press event for 70 people. We also needed to find two offsite dinner venues that could seat all 800 and leave room for entertainment.
The sheer scale of this event made the logistics tricky but the Hilton Prague fitted the bill perfectly. The conference facilities and meeting spaces were spot on, and the hotel was large enough to host the press event on day one without any disruption from the group’s arrival. The Hilton was also well located for Prague’s myriad attractions and the offsite dinner venues were close to the hotel to avoid long bus transfers. The predominantly young crowd also appreciated the hotel keeping the main bar open all night!
This is an annual event, which means we’re kept on our toes making sure each year surpasses the previous one. This conference was considered a great success by all attendees – and they loved Prague.
