The brief

Our client needed the perfect, on-brand venue for a memorable press launch. The event needed to run simultaneously with press launches in London and New York – with the added pressure that the world’s most influential technology journalists would be in attendance. The venue had to have a direct link with the ‘big data’ product that they were launching.

The solution

The venue needed to be modern, cool and slightly quirky, and the Red Dot Museum ticked all these boxes. As it’s located inside the grand colonial Red Dot Traffic building, the former HQ of the Singapore Traffic Police, there was an obvious link with data storage. It was pleasingly on-brand for our forward-thinking client too, as the museum is a platform for the most trailblazing designers.

The verdict

The space was perfect for the main presentation, it had all the necessary, high-speed technology in place for the demo pods and meant the client could live stream the event on its online TV broadcasting station.
